About the role:
We’re looking for a Sales Ops Lead to help lead the discovery, design, build, and success of Salesforce projects for our growing portfolio of start-up and scaleup (usually B2B software and SaaS) clients. We work with some of the best growth equity firms and the coolest SaaS and disruptive tech companies out there.
Your role would be to design the overall tech-stack and solution, determine the need to integrate with external systems and how to make those integrations happen (no coding experience required), liaise with our technical architects when custom solutions are needed, and see the solution through to roll-out and adoption.
You would also partner up with engagement managers, business analysts, and Salesforce consultants along the way to determine how we can continue to add value to the clients you’re serving. We create long term relationships, not one-hit wonders.
What we'll need from you:
- Co-lead a client through a project from start to finish and deliver excellent results
- Co-lead discovery sessions to identify client needs and establish projects
- Design and implement solutions on Salesforce and related platforms on strategic projects
- Integrate Salesforce with common Sales Ops / Rev Ops tools i.e. marketing automation, sales automation, calendaring, data augmentation, and reporting tools
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by being a trusted advisor
- Manage the creation of functional specs that can be easily translated into technical requirements to be implemented by a Salesforce developer
- Manage the delivery and testing of custom solutions with our technical architects and developers
- Mentor and manage rising crew members
What we expect you’re walking in with:
- Passion for learning and growth
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent relevant work experience
- 4+ years experience as a sales or revenue operations leader, Salesforce solution architect, or Salesforce consultant
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Hands-on advanced experience with Flows
- A serious attention to detail
- Experience with business process discovery and requirements gathering
- Experience with data migrations and integrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Experience in designing applications with a clear focus on user experience
- Demonstrated ability working with stakeholders to drive Salesforce adoption
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team

- You’ve worked (in-house or as a consultant) to define and implement sales operations processes and technology at growing SaaS companies
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with one or more of the following: Financial Service Cloud, Pardot, Tableau / Tableau CRM, Experience Cloud
- Experience with one or more of the following: Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Conga, Docusign, Zoominfo, Clearbit, Tableau / Tableau CRM, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Certifications
