About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support the design, build, and success of client projects. You will team-up directly with a Solution Architect who will handle the overall solution design and is considered the technical lead for a project. You will be the functional lead and will be responsible for overall client management, project management, backlog grooming, user story generation, QA, Salesforce configuration, and driving value beyond what we’re already doing with our clients.
Be ready to lead discovery sessions and client solution design meetings, create user stories, manage project backlogs, take meeting notes, ensure smooth communication between Copilot and our clients, manage project status processes, and so much more. You’ll be juggling lots of different things and we’re counting on you to keep our projects in flight!

What we'll need from you:
- Lead discovery sessions to help produce strategic roadmaps and client backlogs
- Manage a project according to Agile best practices
- Configure Salesforce environments under the guidance of solution architects
- Manage client backlogs and delegate work to other members of the team
- Ask smart questions to support your growth
- Be proactive in solving problems and communicating what you need
What we expect you’re walking in with:
- Passion for learning and growth
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce consultant, Salesforce administrator, management consultant, or sales/revenue operations manager
- Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the Force.com platform
- A serious attention to detail
- Expertise with business process discovery and requirements gathering
- Experience in designing applications with a clear focus on user experience
- Demonstrated ability working with stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
Icing on the cake for us (and by no means are these requirements):
- You’ve worked with companies in one or more of these industries: private equity, investment banking, wealth and asset management; real estate investment trusts, investment managers, brokerage, lending; SaaS.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with one or more of the following: Financial Service Cloud, Pardot, Tableau / Tableau CRM, Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Certifications
- Familiarity with user experience design principles
- Exposure to data migrations and integrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Knowledge of Flows
